Sorry that I have not been on this site for months! I am just getting ready for an auction to which I donate several canvases to raise funds for orphan children of Uganda," Jolly Nyeko Foundation Canada", so have been pretty busy this last few months, painting Magnolias, and sketching children.
What have you been engaged with?
There is a group of artisans here also that I am thinking of joining as a support group in town here.
We seem to isolate ourselves for lengths of time as we paint and reflect sometimes. It seems to come with the territory, of being an artist and philosopher, I guess.So joining a group in person ,here, could be nice networking idea, too!
I do enjoy looking through this site tho ,especially in the winter here where it is very cold and rainy and sometimes snowy. It gives me alot of interesting ideas and thoughts to be able to connect with you folks from another culture, halfway around the world from us, yet here on hearth at the same time.
Do you use your spiritual prayer to create some of your work?
This is why I enjoy painting; because it brings me more close to that blessed peace that one finds in the spiritual dimension of the heavens.
