What are the most hospitable H'ordoeurves nowdays, recipes, photos?

Got any new fabulous, or eye-catchingly : ingeniously delicious ideas to share? Just explain here, and we can all be excited about serving them this summer. My little spinach cashew and dried apricot balsalmic prawns, served on diamond-cut pita 2" squares with curry are hard to beat! Fry the prawns in butter and garlic ( with a touch of lemon) for a minute or two first, cut the apricots into toothpick slices, and cut the pita with scissors; it's a quick delicious and fascinatingly mouth watering welcome to any evening. Let's share your ideas now! Have fun!

what do I love to hear about food (especially what I've created)? hmmm how about "luscious"..

funny thing is my british boyfriend, when eating something I've cooked that he likes always say... "mmmm REALLY nice" which I never thought "nice" was a word I wanted used about anything I create! Somehow, the way he says it, its ok. Maybe it's his accent lol
